The most important event in most womens’ lives is becoming a mother. Every pregnancy is unique and preparation is important. Nine months of pregnancy is your preparation period for labour which can last anything from 8 hours to 42 hours. However, it is proven that exercise throughout pregnancy which will increase your endurance and physical ability can considerably reduce labour time and the toll that it takes on your body. Just like one would train for a marathon, one has to train for labour.
During your pregnancy you want to feel vibrant, calm, strong, energetic and healthy, with just the right amount of weight gain. You will need to be prepared mentally and physically for the coming labour and of course the sleepless nights over the first few months with the arrival of your baby. Our exercise programme will help in all of these areas so you can enjoy your motherhood, and get you back into shape after the birth of your baby. We have found that exercising before, during and after pregnancy is the best thing for a woman who is considering becoming pregnant, and we have worked with a number of mothers who have achieved amazing results with our exercise programme.
