Nadia Mishchanka - yoga teacher
Nadia is a certified 500 RYT yoga teacher and graduate of the Sivananda
basic and advanced yoga courses. She teaches hatha yoga classes integrating the experience of Iyengar by emphasizing awareness of mind, body and breath whilst focusing on correct alignment; she also teaches pregnancy yoga and postnatal practice. Nadia’s teaching style is very much focused on giving her students an understanding of what they are doing and why they are doing it. When students are practising Asanas (postures), there is a focus on good alignment and weight distribution to maximize the experience. Pranayama (breathing) and relaxation followed by meditation promotes a more balanced mind. A whole range of physical benefits derive from yoga, and can be seen in more detail below.
